Feature request: Also create moodle folders in local root directory

Currently, folder structures of the moodle course are ignored while creating the local root directory. (Please correct me, if I'm wrong!).

It would be nice to also add the folders from the course to the local directory to, e.g., overwrite files within them.

Example from our course:

• In the section Skript is a folder called Kapitel
  

• This folder contains the individual sections of the Skript:
  

This folder is currently missing in the local root directory:

.
[...]
├── Skript
[...]
