I'm in yolo mode, but keep getting prompted for approval to write a file. I think this is when the agent is writing a file outside of the CWD, eg. in /tmp

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Use the thing in yolo mode, have it create a file in /tmp

What is the expected behavior?

Creates the file without approval

• 版本： kimi 0.19.1
• 启动方式： kimi -y（yolo 模式）
• 预期行为： yolo 模式自动批准所有操作，不弹任何询问
• 实际行为： 当 Bash 命令包含 pipe（如 ls -lt /path | head -5）时，仍然弹出批准窗口
• 根因推测： permission rules 的 glob 匹配（如 Bash(ls*)）无法匹配带 pipe 的复合命令，导致掉到 catch-all ask 规则。yolo 模式似乎没有跳过 permission rules
检查，而是在规则未命中时降级为 ask

复现步骤：

1. kimi -y 启动
2. 执行 ls（单独）→ ✅ 正常，不弹窗
3. 执行 ls -la | head -5（带 pipe）→ ❌ 弹窗要求批准

期望修复： yolo 模式应直接跳过所有 permission rules 评估，无条件放行。
