docs: Improve CLI documentation

RVX has much better CLI documentation and it could be used to replace most/all of the documentation here.

I'm having issues finding how to enable the "Change package name" feature. The docs is pretty much incomplete.

CLI and this repo doesn't have documentation for individual patches.

You are right, I think the current big problem is the documentation. We have documentation spread all around. We currently have:

1. README.md in root: Needs to be improved and preferably incorporate the docs/README.md too
2. docs/ README.md: This is not needed I feel
3. docs/Prerequisites.md: This could also be merged into the base README.md
4. docs/Usage.md: This needs to massively revamped. It would be better if we listed all the subcommands and each of it's flags too. We need to also explain what each flag does too.
5. docs/Building.md: Haven't though about how we can revamp this part yet. But will see how I can make it better

The entire installation process and everything would also be included. Once we have enough back and forth about this, I feel we can make the cli documentation much better for all users

The building file could be deleted and instead a link to the documentation repo development readme can be used.

I agree I think the readme here can include everything, or keep the documentation in a separate file (all other repos have a separate file for document), but put everything into a single doc file and link to it from the main readme

So we go one main README.md at root and along with that we provide one Docs.md that contains everything (Essentially only 2 files). The README.md links things to specific sections in this docs file right?
