Missing tipstream-token contract causes 3 test failures

Problem

The test suite references a tipstream-token contract that does not exist in the project.

Affected Tests

• rejects token tip for non-whitelisted token
• sends token tip with whitelisted token
• tracks total token tips count

Error

Contract 'ST1PQHQKV0RJXZFY1DGX8MNSNYVE3VGZJSRTPGZGM.tipstream-token' does not exist

Solution Options

1. Create the missing tipstream-token SIP-010 token contract
2. Skip/remove the tests if token tipping feature is not ready
3. Add the contract to Clarinet.toml if it exists but isn't registered
