[Feature Request] App Localization.

I think it would be nice to have Localization for this App... because it can be useful because it is a User Accessiblity Improvement.

I like the idea - Would you be interested in making a PR to help spearhead this?

Time is the only issue - I really do want to keep this app going and clear the backlog of issues. :D

I actually don't know C# for making this App Localizable and just don't know C#... sorry, if You wanted any Help for this Issue... but only thing that I can help with is providing Russian and Tatar Translations for the App.
