SnowRunner Save Editor windows

You can now accept all tasks in the Objectives+ tab (select the tasks you want affected and click Accept Tasks).

You can now restart completed tasks in the Objectives+ tab by unchecking the desired tasks and applying the changes.

The Rules tab now includes two new rules and a Random Rules option.

A Vehicles tab has been added to help recover vehicles stuck in the ground. (big warning/experimental)

new game+ rules now display correctly in the dictionary in the main menu.

Other minor features and changes added.
