bumblebee-ui should depend on python-notify

After installation of bumblebee-ui on Kubuntu, I tried to start bumblebee-indicator, but it failed with:

ubuntu@ubuntu:~$ bumblebee-indicator
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/bin/bumblebee-indicator", line 36, in
import pynotify
Installing python-notify fixed it for me.

I m sorry but I send this work believing someone will review the code and give all the information I could´nt give about the requirement to use this UI. I think there are a lot of small little thing to know or to understand to get this working. When I will come back from holiday I will write a list of things to do in order toget it work properly.
