Adds function to resolve fuzzy tag:

• resolve the selected fuzzy flag with empty msgstr
• resolve the selected fuzzy flag with the old msgstr (#| msgstr)

Does this also include commands (where a hotkey can be assigned to) to jump to the next fuzzy item?

I did not think of that before. These commands are a great idea!
However, recently I am not planned to make progress on this project, neither do I have any experience on writing VS Code extensions before. Ideas, pull requests are all welcomed!

I was working in exactly the same project as this one, got just as far as you did. But didn't put in the market place yet. And I have the same problem: I have no experience developing VSCode extensions.

Add me to the list of unexperienced. #19 is about the jumping and I think I should be able to pull this. Doing so will also add the needed properties like fuzzy and old msgid that can be used for the resolving option later.
