Make flying broom

Pulling textures from the broom added by the medieval tools mod might this quite trival, otherwise I can make some.

- Make an animal with no pathing restrictions
- Make it mountable with giddyup (based on bodysize iirc but an exception can be made)
- Make a spell/gizmo that animates the broom?
