Refactor Request Rendering #3
Description
Request rendering is currently messy as heck with regards to checking for accessibility and colour options. Now that the codebase has been refactored, this can easily be updated to use the UpServer.config attributes to do this a little more dynamically (e.g. within the renderTable function)
