[Starlight] Extended edition: Deprecate ROEXTENDED, AZGE, Project Caucasus

ROEXTENDED, AZGE and Project Caucasus are the mostly old maps existing on ETS2.
All three mods features many contents, but ProMods are recently expanding East Turkey and Ukraine area with their amazing mapping skills, and plans to complete most of the areas available in Turkey and Ukraine in the final stage.

Due to Romania Extended team's policy, unfortunately some ProMods area will have to be replaced with ROEX Area, and some area's quality is not really great compared with ProMods area.

Because of that, we are going to slowly reduce the dependency of ROEX, and if ProMods makes complete expansion to Turkey and Ukraine we will deprecate all three mods.

Recent experimental releases won't have ROEX deprecated, so do not worry about it!

Due to emreu stealing ROEX assets and accusation, we are cancelling this movement. ROEX, AZGE, Project Caucasus will stay remain unless someone makes alternative turkey area.

Additionally emreu decided to step back from turkey development and there is no reason to deprecate ROEXTENDED.

Reopened this issue due to plan changes - ROEXTENDED, AZGE, Project Caucasus will be deprecated as planned due to lack of quality and overwriting the changes from ProMods.

Update: Due to ROEX policy changes, the ROEX/AZGE/Project Caucasus contents will be dropped for Starlight Adventurer's Combo: Extended, effective on next pre-release. Instead there will be Ukraine Expansion replacing the ROEX Ukraine.

SCS version of Starlight Adventurer's Combo will remain unchanged.
