Meeting Registration testing feedback

I was able to successfully register with no issues. I do however have to two small pieces of feedback, both pertaining to the "Registrant(s)" step.

1. Please indicate which fields are required (I did not supply a phone number initially)
2. Please add context to the dropdown (e.g., "Registration type)

I was able to sign in. I could not register for the NANOG 82 Virtual Event. Got the message "Coming Soon!"
