Calculation of the hot question is incorrect #10
Description
It works in general, some questions are marked as hot, others are not. I assume it works.
But I'm curious about a strange behavior when I go to the hot tab, not all questions are hot!
I'm pretty sure that all question in the hot tab should be hot.
