In our latest batches (December onwards) of closed cases using the neg_questionnaire.py script, in the Interpretation Portal it is no longer the CIP-API username being saved, as given in the arg (-r in the script), instead the username of the CIP-API credentials used to authenticate the session is saved. These are not the same in our situation.
So looks like the GeL username we are adding is now being ignored. Something to check if the same on your end.
