Hello,
Thank you for developing this nice tool. I tried using a GFF3 file with the -g flag, but it didn't work as expected. I then converted my GFF3 file to GTF, but I noticed that a significant amount of information was lost in the GTF file. So, I prefer to use the GFF3 file.
I am just wondering when the new version, incorporating the feature to handle GFF3 files, will be released.
Thanks in advance for your nice effort.
Cheers,
Farid
