Greenwave Monitor creates a greenwave diagnostics object and publishes diagnostic information even if an external node is publishing the diagnostic information already. A defensive check should be added to prevent this. Potential solutions:

• Add callback for /diagnostics in Greenwave Monitor. Read "/diagnostics" information for your topic and if it already exists error in add_topic.
