Joycon L or R pair as a separated controller connected by 2nd time

Hi excuse me but when i want to connect for a second time the joycon 2 L or R reject to connect as a single controller and only one of these joycon is connected as a single controller. Weird. And this happened after i installed these drivers.

I'm not sure I understand the issue, can you provide exacts steps to reproduce the issue ?
