The 1 DOF model has some oscillatory behavior when the turbine is at rated power. This is running Example 02c with the 1 DOF turbine:

This is not a priority, since we do not use the 1DOF turbine model often. An option is to simply remove the 1DOF turbine model from Hercules for the time being.
