Update privacy, search, submission policy, terms, and main pages with new script references and content adjustments
- Updated script references in index.html files for privacy, search, submission policy, terms, and main pages to use the new runtime script. - Added new content to the submission policy page, including prohibited and discouraged submissions related to cryptocurrency mining malware and bulk uploads. - Enhanced the structure and clarity of the submission policy guidelines. - Introduced a new JavaScript file for handling submission policy content.
