Number dropped epochs and Condition number

Recently I tested FLUX with the versions (MNE: 1.6.1, bids: 0.14) and updated (some new functions etc. as well).
If you see the FLUX scrips before I am involved (before March 2024), I found some issues below that we need to solve soon.

• ICA script: ICA components to be removed are different. Maybe due to MNE version, so updated.
• Conditions script: 56 bad epochs dropped (before March 2024) but now 169 bad epochs dropped using the same rejection criteria, so we need to figure it out the reason.
• Classification script: Epoch events number: 3 and 4 for cue_left and cue_right (previously they were 1 and 2), so we need to figure it out.
• Headmodel script: Errors for making figures mne 1.6.1 (with 1.5.0 no errors.)
  TypeError: Renderer.enable_anti_aliasing() got an unexpected keyword argument 'aa_type'
