Make a search bar

It should be able to filter out all the notes and when no notes are there is should display some meaningful message.
It should be responsive

I wanted to add the search box in the form of SpotLight. Using mantine.
There should be one Search Icon (BsSearch) in the sidebar that should trigger the spotlight. The sorting should be according to the title of the note, (optionally you may search for the searched input from the content of the notes).
