Other players see respawning vanished players

steps to reproduce

• Join on 2 separate Terraria instances to a TShock server using MKLP
• On the first instance type /vanish
• Then die on the first instance

Now when the first player respawns the second player will notice the player moving. Note that going out of vanish and in again fixes this temporarily.

I have also noticed that if I respawn using /respawn then my player will be visible for a few ticks and then I will go into vanish normally.
