add mouseController

Parameter:

• Behaviors:

  • follow: will follow the mouse without moving camera

• Reactivity

  • slow: for button/keyboard behavior
  • fast: for colorpicker/slider behavior
  • norepeat: for unique mouse click event

[eviltik]

reactivity is now common with XR controllers. Per elements !

Now in keyboard example, selecting a key will repeat it after a timeout of X ms, then an interval of Y ms.
