v2 idea: configurable setup wizard for shared home and account vault

Background

The current v1 release uses sensible defaults and supports environment variable overrides, but setup is still manual.

For broader adoption, a guided setup flow would reduce friction and make the project easier to use on different Windows environments.

Goal

Introduce a v2 setup wizard for configuring:

• shared Codex Desktop home
• account vault location
• environment validation
• first account import flow

Expected behavior

• On first launch, users can review or change the shared home path.
• Users can review or change the account vault path.
• The app validates path accessibility and shows actionable error messages.
• The setup flow can end by importing the currently signed-in desktop account.

Notes

This is intentionally marked as a v2 feature.
It should build on the stable v1 switching/import logic rather than replacing it.
