Is this crate maintained?

I'd like the rust ecosystem to be able to have an up-to-date crate for these bindings.

If you don't have the time to keep this crate up-to-date, I'd be more than happy to take over maintainership and ownership.

@Noah-Kennedy I am not maintaining it at the moment because my work does not need it. I think everyone would benefit if there will be a maintainer who will be supporting it. I think I can give it to you. Back in the days, I did it just to learn some Rust and have a word at interviews 🤣 Since then however, no one asked me what have I done specifically.
