Thank you for the feedback! This issue occurs because the plugin determines that the trident was not thrown properly, so it remains in a locked state. You can resolve this by switching the item slot. I am still looking for a better solution :D

Check if the trident returns to the inventory If a player drops the trident (i.e. opens the inventory or changes objects), readyThrow could be left with its UUID blocked

We can manage that by using PlayerDropItemEvent and check properly onPlayerItemHeld to avoid that.
