Steps to reproduce
- Send a message from a task (with several followers, both internal and external) to an external contact, to which the external contact responds with another message.
Current behavior
When receiving a responding message in a task from an external contact, it is marked as failed. The other internal followers of the task don't receive a notification of the message, nor the external followers receive a CC of the message.
If the message is marked as "review", the entire message (attachments included) is deleted from the task's Activities and Messages section.
Expected behavior
Ideal behavior would be that the message is correctly delivered to all followers, as the outgoing messages are.
However, at least, it should not delete the receiving message from the task's activities and messages section.
