Summary iORG plot axes error

Tried to run new dataset several times: 00-36828\MEAOSLO1\20260304\functional_iORG\Processed\Functional Pipeline_20260305_12(-1.5,0)\stim_recentered

Also tried to run an older dataset that had no issues previously: 00-36828\FFB_IndivInvest_2020_PRO38673\MEAOSLO1\20260218\Functional - iORG\Processed\Functional Pipeline_20260219_10(1.5,0.1)\548nm_0p068

Debugging attempts:

• tried to remove the coords file and just run the first dataset through pixelpop. Different error occured.
• tried running the data without the control subtraction but with coords (modified the json accordingly). Same error
• tried running the data with the control and stimulus data sorted appropriately. Same error
• tried running the data with no coords or stk in the control folder. Same error
• tried running the older, previously working dataset (modified the json accordingly). Same error.

Unable to reproduce in current version. @mgaffney-mcw if you can recreate the issue with the newest version, please let me know- otherwise I'll close the issue.

Error resolved when indiv_summary_overlap is set to false.

Successfully ran on this test dataset: P:\Mina_Gaffney\f_cell_test\Confocal

Additional debugging can be found in my OneNote lab notebook. Went line by line updating my json file to match the successful version you ran 3/10 evening. Setting indiv_summary_overlap to false, false, false was the first change to fix the error.

Fix in dev branch- give it a try (maybe use it on a subset of cones, as its slow).
