[Feature] Add Firefox Translations plugin

Thanks for the Bergamot Translator plugin as requested in #288.

But I requested the support for Bergamot 3 years ago, when it was actively developed. Since then, the project's one of main contributor Mozilla forked the project as "Firefox Translations" to tightly integrate it into Firefox browser. And development of the main project has died down.

Please look into Mozilla's actively maintained "Firefox Translations" project based on Bergamot. It supports most of the commonly used languages.

We've noted that there are also compatibility issues with the current Bergamot implementation, as documented in mozilla/translations#1383, where the new model registry format is incompatible with bergamot-translator's parser.

Speech Note app uses Firefox Translations models with its Bergamot processing engine. It uses archived versions of the highest-accuracy Firefox Translation models hosted on Hugging Face from Firefox Translation's Model Registry.
