Plugin LanguageTool leaks user data to company

The LanguageTool plugin is useful, but it sends the users writings and data to languagetool.org without privacy notification.

A mitigation would be to enable the user to point to a local self hosted languageTool server.

Currently, the plugin uses predefined LanguageTool service endpoints and does not have a built-in UI setting for switching to a self-hosted server. This can only be changed manually in the plugin source (scripts/langTool.js) followed by plugin rebuild/redeployment, as described in the plugin README "Using your service".
