Improvements whishlist

Please find below some remarks/whishlist regarding improvement phases in open sammy.

1. After approving a new improvement, the information about who is assigned for this task is not displayed (like in assessment or evaluation). It is also not possible to change the responsible person in the "Edit Improvement" page.
2. In the reporting section, there is information about the overall result after finshing improvement phase (Projected Overall Score For Next Phase:), while the charts lack information about the planned score for a given business function or practice.
3. The data exported to excel file does not contain information about the planned improvement.
4. Lack of possibility of excluding business functions or practices and not including them in the assessment and score, e.g. excluding governance, if the assessment is carried out at the team level.
