Add feedback from the Gantt for unauthorized task moves

Current:
When a task depends on another task, it should not be possible to move it.
Even though the backend prevents the move, the Gantt preview still shows the move as allowed.

Expected:
Update the Gantt feedback so that tasks with dependencies cannot be moved.
It should still be possible to adjust the start date or end date individually.
