Describe the bug
There are two possible entries for the identical XBT sensor type and there should only be one.
Correct XBT Deep Blue sensor is "SIPPICAN_DEEPBLUE"
INCorrect is "XBT_DeepBlue"
All instances of XBT_DeepBlue should be replaced by SIPPICAN_DEEPBLUE.
Note that the manufacturer is SIPPICAN, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration does not manufacture any XBTs, so the sensor manufacturer field should also be corrected in all entries.
