• why it's bad
• when to use it
• when not to use it
• other things (any thoughts that you have)

If I can help you somehow, I would like to.

For example, you can use voice recorder(or video/audio call on Skype / Google hangouts/etc. ) and I will transliterate (voice to words) it, then make a PR and you will review it. It's just my idea.

@Ocramius yes! or you can use voice recorder for that, so there is no hassle about time when to do it (I mean on one day you can be busy, on other I will be).
But to be mentioned I'm not interviewer at all, haven't done this in my life.
