This issue proposes restructuring and refining the README to improve readability, onboarding, and professional presentation—without removing technical depth.

• Architecture diagram is useful but buried mid-document

Proposed Improvements

1. Add a TL;DR / Executive Summary at the top

Short section answering:

2. Reorganize Project Sections

Group projects into clear tiers:
