What does the refresh() call do?

Uuh, it throws a ReferenceError? I'd trygit log -p livestyle-client.js | less then search for refresh to see where the function definition went.

It was introduced with 3caa974. Here: 3caa974#diff-55d577500b1c8fdb291da26efa7677e5R47

And it was removed in d293cd6. Here: d293cd6#diff-50cd2c67a82adbceca9d962e538157e7L140

But it looks like that commit which removes it also removes the call to refresh. According to git blame the line is unchanged since the first commit I referenced.

I'm assuming here that lib/livestyle.inc.js is the client-side stuff and that it was renamed livestyle-client.js at somepoint.
