I'm not sure where the projects folder comes from. It doesn't appear to be part of this repo.

Projects is right here: https://github.com/OneBusAway/onebusaway-docs/tree/main/src/projects/onebusaway-gtfs-modules — everything is under the src directory.

I'm sorry to be so persistent but https://developer.onebusaway.org/modules/onebusaway-gtfs-modules/current/onebusaway-gtfs-transformer-cli.html has not been updated for around a year and ist the old Maven-based page.

The files you linked to have been updated 29 days ago and are correctly deployed to https://developer.onebusaway.org/projects/onebusaway-gtfs-modules/onebusaway-gtfs-transformer-cli

Notice the difference in the URLs: /modules vs /projects
