Unable to connect to SPS RemoteApp

I have followed the steps for the Go Chromedp, however my launcher is stuck at connecting to SPS server. Below is the screenshot of where it is stuck at.

Hi,
I'd suggest to check the SPS proxy logs at the first place and contact One Identity Tech. Support if the error seems to be related to the RDP connection itself.
