PRODUCT NAME, BRANDING, AND ICON USAGE POLICY

The Apache License, Version 2.0 governs the use, reproduction, modification, and
distribution of the source code contained in this repository. However, the
Apache License does NOT grant any rights to use the product name, logos, icons,
or other branding assets associated with this project.

Accordingly, the following terms apply solely to the product name, logos, icons,
and other non-code assets associated with this project:

1. Product Name and Branding Usage

   Without the explicit prior written consent of OneOh Cloud LLC, you may not use,
   reproduce, modify, distribute, or display the product name "OneBox", any
   confusingly similar name, or any logos, icons, or branding elements associated
   with this project (including but not limited to the icons located in the
   'src-tauri/icons' directory) in any manner that implies endorsement,
   affiliation, or sponsorship by OneOh Cloud LLC.

2. Naming Restrictions for Redistributed Versions

   Any redistributed version, fork, or derivative distribution of this software
   must use a different product name and must not use "OneBox" or any confusingly
   similar name as a product name, application name, repository name, or branding
   identifier.

3. Retention of Legal Notices

   This NOTICE file and the original Apache License, Version 2.0 must be retained
   in all redistributions of this software, in accordance with the terms of the
   Apache License. This branding and naming policy must be retained when
   redistributing any branding materials, documentation, or non-code assets
   associated with this project.

4. Compliance with Law

   You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use, distribution, or
   deployment of this software and any associated assets complies with all
   applicable laws and regulations. OneOh Cloud LLC disclaims any liability
   arising from unlawful or non-compliant use.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

   This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
   the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict
   of law principles. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to
   the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Wyoming,
   USA.
