[Bug]: Can't save checkbox for "Send notification when post is published or updated"

What happened?

On the current version of the plugin checking the box for "Send notification when post is published or updated" can't be saved. We used to use this a lot for scheduled posts.

Wordpress version

6.8.1

OneSignal Plugin version

3.2.0

Steps to reproduce?

Created a new post draft
Checked box to send notification when published
Set time to publish
Scheduled the post

What did you expect to happen?

I expected the check box to retain the setting to send the notifications.

Hi @TRECpro and thanks for reporting this. To clarify, have you tested this without scheduling a time to publish the post? If so, what is the behavior in that case?

Hey @TRECpro, checking in again here. I tried to replicate this issue on the recently-released https://github.com/OneSignal/OneSignal-WordPress-Plugin/releases/tag/v3.2.1, which appears to keep the "send notification" box checked until the scheduled post is published. Can you please upgrade your plugin version and confirm that this is still an issue for you? Thanks
