Search in the Programs sub menu

Describe the bug

Hello, I installed OpenShell in Win 8.1 and when I checked out my Programs sub-menu, I found Search in there that I could not delete because it would warn me not to because it's a system app and not just a shortcut. I have tried tinkering with the options but nothing would remove this. How can I remove this Search? Thank you in advance.
