Pause uploads doesn't work

For both android and ios: when in edit scene: pause uploads doesn’t pause uploads

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start an image upload to a folder
2. tap on the images to go to edit screen
3. Click edit on top right
4. Text says uploading paused, but it doesn't pause
