Create metabase adaptor

We want to be able to:

• Upload data into metabase (well, the production DB I guess)
• Configure dashboards (maybe?)

basically we want to take score data from langfuse and see it on a metabase dashboard

This might not make sense!

Metabase just visualises the production database. Beyond that I don;t think we need any automation.

But ideally I don't actually want to write to the production DB (if metabase even allows it).

Maybe what we need is a dedicated analyics database where we can write whatever we want connected to chat messages (scores, tags)
