Docs: New User Enablement Materials

The goal of this ticket is to create a list of enablement materials that a new user of Agent Canvas will need to get up and running:

• Install packaging
  • While current quick start requires a git clone/npm install/npm run dev, we should consider something easier with fewer steps
• What is a Backend and how to add a Backend
  • The current README and docs do not clearly explain how to add a Backend. Because the current Agent Canvas packages a Local backend with every install, one could theoretically install another Agent Canvas on a remote VM or in their own docker container to create an additional backend. We should provide clearer instructions here
• What is a Workspace and how to add/manage Workspaces
  • Workspaces are a new term in our UI so we should go to extra lengths to explain what it is, and how to manage/configure.

There is the SELF_HOSTING.md which is pretty in depth although I have not followed it yet.

I think this part of the DEVELOPMENT.md could be surfaced elsewhere as an example of adding an extra backend.

Also a note the docs link there doesn't exist yet.

Maybe a good starting point would be adding clarity for each of the created npm scripts. What they are, when to use them etc: https://github.com/OpenHands/agent-canvas/blob/main/package.json#L55

• Quick Start: Remove Local GUI and replace with Agent Canvas once we have install instructions
• Docs > MCP: Replace Local GUI with Agent Canvas
• Docs > Skills: Replace Local GUI w/ Agent Canvas
• Addl Docs > Local GUI: Rename Local GUI (Deprecated). Add warning that Local GUI is now deprecated and we recommend using Agent Canvas.
• Onboarding > Hooks: Replace Local GUI with Agent Canvas
• Product Guides > Key Features: Add Files tab. Remove App tab, VSCode tab. Update screenshots.
