[Bug]: Agent-Canvas: Changing LLM Profile and Agent mode (code, plan) is not working on new conversation page

Bug Description

The dropdowns for LLM profile selection and agent more are not working on the new conversation page when using a cloud backend.

Expected Behavior

User should be able to select the agent mode or LLM profile before the conversation begins.

Actual Behavior

Currently the dropdowns are disabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Be connected to a remote backend (OpenHands for example)
2. Start a New Conversation
3. Click to change the Agent mode (code vs plan) or the LLM Profile in the chat input container
4. Be disappointed
