Change All Hands AI to OpenHands

We have transferred repos from the GitHub organization All Hands AI to the GitHub organization OpenHands. Check what repos exist now in OpenHands. Then:

• do the rename in all docs in this repo
• make sure you don't affect ghcr links, because I think those should, at least for now, remain the same
• find all capitalization cases, and cases like "All Hands" and "All-Hands"
• open a PR to this repo.

Final summary of changes for issue #36

What I changed

• Renamed brand mentions:
  • Replaced textual “All Hands AI”, “All Hands”, and “All-Hands-AI” with “OpenHands” across the docs.
• Updated GitHub links:
  • Switched agent-sdk links from All-Hands-AI/agent-sdk to OpenHands/agent-sdk in docs and workflows.
  • Left links to the primary code repo as All-Hands-AI/OpenHands since OpenHands/OpenHands does not exist in the OpenHands org.
• Preserved container image references:
  • Did not modify any ghcr.io/all-hands-ai or docker.all-hands.dev/all-hands-ai references, per instructions.
• Fixed guidance and examples:
  • Corrected the org-rename note to say “All-Hands-AI to OpenHands.”
  • Adjusted Slack/Git remote examples to use All-Hands-AI/OpenHands where those paths must still work.

Verification done

• Checked current repos in the OpenHands org via GitHub API: OpenHands/agent-sdk, OpenHands/docs, OpenHands/benchmarks (OpenHands/OpenHands does not exist).
• Grepped the repo to ensure all “All Hands” variants are replaced in text, while ghcr/docker references are unchanged.
• Reverted any incidental changes to non-existent OpenHands/OpenHands links back to All-Hands-AI/OpenHands.

Conciseness check

• Only documentation and workflow references were changed.
• No tests or code behavior adjustments were needed (per instructions for docs-only changes).
• Avoided unnecessary edits; reverted any changes that would have broken links to repos that don’t exist in the new org.
