docs: rename “All Hands AI” to “OpenHands” and update org links (fixes #36)

Summary

• Rename “All Hands AI”, “All Hands”, and “All-Hands-AI” textual references to “OpenHands” across docs
• Update GitHub links from All-Hands-AI/agent-sdk to OpenHands/agent-sdk
• Keep ghcr and docker registry links (docker.all-hands.dev/all-hands-ai, ghcr.io/all-hands-ai) unchanged per instructions
• Preserve All-Hands-AI/OpenHands code repo links because the OpenHands/OpenHands repository does not exist in the new org
• Adjust troubleshooting and Slack docs examples accordingly

Changes

• .github/workflows: switched checkout repository to OpenHands/agent-sdk
• Docs pages in openhands/usage and sdk/ updated textual branding to OpenHands
• tests and docs.json references adjusted where applicable

Verification

• Grepped repository to replace textual instances while excluding container registry references
• Verified OpenHands org and repos via GitHub API; confirmed OpenHands/agent-sdk exists; OpenHands/OpenHands does not

Notes

• This PR intentionally leaves all ghcr.io/all-hands-ai and docker.all-hands.dev/all-hands-ai references intact
• Links referencing the main OpenHands code repository continue to point to All-Hands-AI/OpenHands until a replacement repository exists under the OpenHands org

• Merged origin/main into openhands/rename-all-hands-ai-to-openhands
• Resolved the only merge conflict (agent-sdk was deleted on main and modified on this branch) by adopting main’s change and removing the tracked agent-sdk directory, since CI checks it out when needed
• Committed with Co-authored-by: openhands and pushed to update the PR
• Verified tests locally (installed pytest/requests): 6 passed

Diff double-check

• Changes introduced by the merge:
  • Delete: agent-sdk
  • Rename from main: .openhands/microagents/repo.md -> .openhands/microagents/sdk-guidelines.md (brought in via merge; no direct edits by me)
• No other files changed; no uncommitted changes left
