Although the existing Bitbucket skill is likely to be loaded by a model when user is using Bitbucket Data Center, the instructions tell it to use wrong BITBUCKET_TOKEN instead of BITBUCKET_DATA_CENTER_TOKEN. When support was originally added to OpenHands, a V0 bitbucket-data-center skill was merged but that has since been deleted during the V0 cleanup.
Since the primary difference in skill is only the token name and PR MCP tool name, the info could be added to existing skill or it could be broken out on its own like v0 did.
Please note that Bitbucket Data Center has same issue with OSS OpenHands as documented in #231 and same script can be used to solve that same URL encoding issue.
