Logged-in Home page doesn't have clear actions for the most likely use case

When I'm logged in and visit the domain, I am sent to the communities page. I suspect that most users would want to view offers first but I'm not sure if it's better for them to go straight to a list of offers or if it's better that they choose a community first.
