Hi3516EV200 + IMX307: IQ profile loaded after Majestic reload but causes black video after restart

Context

• SoC: HiSilicon Hi3516EV200
• Sensor: Sony IMX307
• Firmware: GITHUB_VERSION="master+e005756, 2026-06-23" installed via Coupler
• PQTools version: 5.18.6 downloaded from https://openipc.org/utilities

I connected to the camera with PQTools 5.18.6 and confirmed that live ISP adjustments work correctly. I exported the PQ profile as a .bin and the resulting file is accepted by Majestic when configured as the IQ profile but video is only availble when reloaded not when starting fresh.

Steps to reproduce

1. Configure Majestic to load the binary IQ profile.
2. Reload Majestic. (/etc/init.d/S95majestic reload)

Result:

• The binary profile loads correctly.
• Video output works normally

3. Restart majestic (/etc/init.d/S95majestic restart) or reboot the system

Result:

• logread reports that the PQ profile was loaded.
• RTSP stream is available.
• Video frames are black.
